I’m adding this weight loss ticker here in the hopes that it acts as a motivation for me to exercise more often. With diet (another post needed for this topic) and exercise, I would like to get to my goal weight. Now to get off the computer and out of my PJs….
I think the ticker is a great idea! I put one on my blog too. I have been exercising and dieting since May and have lost 20 lbs so far. Only 21 more till I am 125 lbs again. Keep up the great work and you will lose the weight! I will definitely be back to your blog. Mine is new too, please check it out, I need some blogger comments too, lol.
