Review & Giveaway: Where Would We Be Without Hellmann’s?

When I stepped foot in the dining hall at college for the first meals of my freshman year, I was astonished by two things: the size of the portions and the array of condiments. At home in England, we used HP sauce for breakfast, tomato sauce AKA ketchup for chips AKA french fries, salad cream for salads, and incredibly hot mustard for anything meaty — Cornish pasties, steak, etc.

In the dining hall I tasted ketchup, mustard, spicy mustard, barbecue sauce, relsih, tartar sauce, and of course, mayonnaise. It wasn’t long before I was dousing my food with a colorful assortment of condiments. My American-born husband introduced me to sandwiches slathered in mayonnaisse. For him, Hellmann’s is the only choice for mayonnaisse.

For most Moms, multi-tasking is second nature. We heal boo-boos while baking muffins, type one-handed while fastening shoes with the other and even balance the checkbook while checking homework. One instance where we want to avoid pulling double duty? In the kitchen – especially at holiday meal time!
