Calling Moms of Toddlers

We’ve been fans of Yoplait kids yogurt for as long as I can remember. My oldest started eating Yoplait Kids yogurts as one of the first couple of nonbaby foods I gave her. She ate very little as a young baby and toddler, except for Yoplait, orange juice, and the occasional piece of fruit. While I was very concerned about her weight at least I knew that she was getting excellent nutritional value from Yoplait yogurt.

Several weeks ago I received an e-mail from a PR company representing Yoplait. I was asked if I would be interested in a few Yoplait prize packs. I did not need to think about that.

The prize pack is aimed at babies and toddlers. The prize pack contains: an insulated travel cooler, a Brain Quest Vocabulary Game for ages 2-3, and a coupon for a free 6-pack of Yoplait sip-able or spoon-able yogurt. Here’s how it will work. I will send a prize pack to the first person with a child in the baby/toddler age group who comments here.

If you don’t have a child in this age group, what about leaving a comment with a funny story on feeding your baby/child; a tip for a new mom; a food you thought your child would like, but didn’t; or a food you would never have thought about giving to a child, etc. I’m working on a post about food.

Ooooh Yay! Maybe I will be the first one!! Son(2.5yrs old) doesn’t eat much either. Yogurt? He does eat. It is a constant worry but I guess as long as he eats when he is hungry there is nothing to worry about….right?

I can’t think of any insanely funny stories. It’s hard to remember back that far since Kaish is 8 now, but what I do recall, somewhat fondly at this point, is that there was ALWAYS spitting at every meal and it made him laugh so much : ). He was a great eater. I love him. He still eats great, 7 years later!
