Do you remember the case of the elderly lady who sued a large fast food chain after getting scalded by hot coffee? I had forgotten about the case until recently when I read a recap of the case. I was glad to read that fast food restaurants and other coffee places were required to reduce the temperature of hot beverages. I’ve burnt my mouth on hot coffee more times than I care to count.
