I’m pretty sure that if I had a Dyson all my household cleaning nightmares, child disciplining problems, and general disgruntled-ness would disappear!
Musings on Getting Kids to Clean Their Rooms… I get tired of sounding like either a “broken record” or “my mother.”
I WISH that I wasn’t so wishy washy about the state of my house. I feel hypocritical ranting at my kids to clean up their rooms and the family room while I regularly avoid washing the kitchen floor, etc. Lately I am insistent that the children do some chores, but I am inconsistent (when it comes to consequences) and they know that I am inconsistent. Aaarrgghh!
