Finding a movie to watch when the kids were little was a snap. I would suggest an animated film. The kids would all get excited. My husband would make movie food, which in our home is mini quiches, pot stickers, and pizza bagels. All 5 of us would settle down to watch. With two daughters who are teens and a son who is a tween, family movie night is akin to a peace treaty or major negotiation. Whatever my son wants to watch, is a no go for his sisters. When his sisters suggest a movie, it is usually something he would not ever choose to watch. We reach an impasse and family movie night becomes tense and stressful.
Not so with one of the Marvel movies. Whether it is Thor, Iron Man, X-Men, or the Avengers, all three kids and two parents are in agreement that Marvel movies ROCK. Coming soon to your local theater is Avengers: Age of Ultron.
