Inertia would be sitting at the computer desk at 8:34 a.m. when I know I should be showering to be able to get to school for a 9:15 field trip.
Inertia would be knowing that any minute my husband will come downstairs asking for a shirt that I was supposed to iron, but still sitting on the computer chair.
Inertia would be knowing that I should be searching for my son’s library card right now but I am — you guessed it — still sitting in the computer chair. I will use my own card, but he will be upset. You know I will find the card right after I return from the field trip.
Must get off chair. Bye!
