I recently discovered the Sonicare toothbrush. I have sensitive gums. The Sonicare brush heads vibrate to dislodge food particles between my teeth. No matter how long I use the Sonicare — there is a timer, but I generally guesstimate how long I will brush, my mouth doesn’t feel clean until I have swished my mouth out.
